Cancellation policy For cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the date of arrival, 50 per cent of the total room rate will be charged. For no shows, cancellations made in December, January and February or cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given. The hotel has the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay. For cancellations made for stays during December, January and February no refund will be made. Bookings may be amended but should be done at least 30 days prior to check-in date. They will be subject to availability and can only be made until the end of that financial year (31 March).
Deposit policy A Smith deposit is required upon booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking outside the hotel's cancellation policy, your Smith deposit will be refunded in the form of Smith Vouchers to use against a future Smith booking. We will not be able to refund your Smith deposit if you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy. Raheem Residency requires a further deposit of 50% of the booking total which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remainder will be paid prior to arrival. A 50 per cent deposit is required, with the balance due 21 days prior to arrival. If you fail to pay the balance by this date, the booking will be considered cancelled and no refund will be given. For stays during December, January and February, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
