Cancellation policy For cancellations or amendments made less than 14 days of arrival, there may be a charge of up to 80 per cent of the room rate for any nights that cannot be resold. Nights that can be resold will not be charged for. Deposits may be transferred or refunded in full if a cancellation is made more than 14 days before arrival. For peak periods, including New Year, bank holidays and for group bookings of two rooms or more, any cancellations or amendments must be made at least four weeks before arrival to avoid the penalty charge.

If you need to cancel, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, the Smith deposit will be refunded to you as a voucher, which you can use towards a future Smith booking.
