Located in the heart of London’s Notting Hill, Guesthouse West, a stroll from Paddington, couldn’t be further from the usual bed-and-breakfast stereotype.

- Hotel closed
- Only closed for the Notting Hill Carnival, which is the last bank holiday in August.

- Rooms at the back of the building are recommended for light sleepers. Room three is a terrace room and has a large skylight.
- Packing tips
- Pack light – with so many chic boutiques along Westbourne Grove and off Portobello, you’ll want space in your suitcase.
Food & drink
- Hotel restaurant
- The restaurant serves bar snacks, such as steak sandwiches, tuna Niçoise and finger food. Continental breakfast includes pastries, toast, cereal, yogurts, fresh fruit and orange juice.
- Last orders
- 9.30pm for dinner.
- Hotel bar
- The Parlour bar is open from 11am until 11pm. They also offer a basic bar service around the clock in lieu of a mini-bar.
