The Corral del Rey was wonderful! We loved Sevilla during Semana Santa – all the processions were truly amazing to see; the traditions, the crowds in the streets – the energy was infectious. Had great tapas 2–3 blocks from the Plaza de Toros at Antonio Romero II (
Stayed at the Neri Hotel & Restaurante in Barcelona in 2006. Wow, it was absolutely stunning – the most comfortable bed ever and a beautiful slate bathroom (I recommend a glass of cava from room service whilst soaking in the tub). The smell of jasmine whilst sitting on the roof terrace is gorgeous. Highly recommend having a glass of cava in the hotel bar before heading out for the night and having a drink in La Vinya del Senyor, an amazing wine bar opposite the Santa Maria church. Also recommend Los Caracoles (+34 933 023 185) on for the spit roasted chicken and Moo restaurant at Hotel Omm where my partner proprosed – what an amazing night.
