We met Dutch friends at a wonderful restaurant called Blauw in de Wall in the heart of Amsterdam's red-light district. A charming little garden to have drinks in and wonderful food served with real enthusiasm.
We went to a fish restaurant, Lucius, on Spuistraat on a friend's recommendation. The food was very good and the restaurant was very popular so I am glad we pre-booked using their website.
