The Musée National d’Art Moderne is on level four of the Pompidou Centre (www.centrepompidou.fr), and the iconic building's radical insides-outside architecture is nicely in keeping with Kube's retro-modern aesthetic. Book a table for dinner afterwards at the postmodern Restaurant Georges (+33 (0)1 44 78 47 99), on the top floor, for fantastic city views.
