Le Manoir de Raynaudes, a boutique hotel in the depths of the Tarn countryside, is a peaceful haven far removed from every-day concerns. The light and airy rooms are a wonderful place to find relaxation and the excellent organic food, which uses the freshest local produce, is a perfect reflection of the richness and variety of southwestern France.

- Dinner is at 8pm every evening except Mondays and Thursdays. Reservation essential. The gastronomic menu (€45) and Saturday’s eight-course dégustation menu (€55) are based on seasonal local produce and the cooking of southwest France.
