- Our favourite rooms
- 16, 18, 25 and 27 are the best rooms, looking out on to the cobbled street that leads up to the castle. 17 and 26 have bathtubs.

- The hotel is currently expanding in the next-door building, however the bulk of the construction work is now done and is due to be completed in October 2007.

- Café/restaurant Carolina is good for light lunches and home-baked pastries. Don’t leave without trying the legendary home-made hot chocolate.
