Three hours southwest of Shanghai, Fuchun Resort is located in Hangzhou, among tea-covered hills. Its calming design offers luxurious tranquility.

- 108: deluxe rooms, suites, and villas with up to four rooms.

- RMB2,000–RMB24,000, not including breakfast or taxes.
- Check-out
- 12 midday, or as late as 4pm with an extra fee, according to availability.

- TV/DVD/CD with library of borrowables, broadband Internet, massage, golf, tennis, jogging track. Library and reading room.
- Poolside
- Heated indoor pool. The Fuchun villas have their own pools, hotel villas their own Jacuzzis.
- Children
- Children are welcome, though Fuchun's layout and tranquillity mean that it may not be ideal for small children. There is a kids' pool, playground and video room/library. Cots are available for RMB500 a night, and babysitting costs RMB100 an hour.

- Hotel Villas have their own Jacuzzis and private balconies. The Lakeside Suites are very big and light, with private terraces.

- Golf shoes – Fuchun is a golf resort as well as a five-star hotel.

- The all-day Lake Lounge is where breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks and cocktails are served. On the Pool Level, Asian Corner prepares Hangzhou specialities. There is also lake-view Club 8, serving international cuisine.
- Dress code
- Elegant and refined and/or golfer chic.
- Top table
- In one of the five elegant private-dining rooms overlooking the lake, or Club 8's VIP dining room with open fireplace.
- Last orders
- 21h45 in all the restaurants. 23h45 for drinks in the Lake Lounge.
- Room service
- A wide choice, between 6am and midnight.
- Hotel bar
- You can sip cocktails in the Lake Lounge, where, appropriately, the soundtrack is lounge music. There is also an idyllic covered outdoor terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif.
