Jo Soh
High-flying fashionista
At age 12, Jo decided she wanted to be a fashion designer, so later in life she studied in the UK, worked in Italy and the US, and finally set up her whimsical womenswear label Hansel – named after her beloved pet Jack Russell terrier – in Singapore in 2003. Since then, her designs have graced the likes of Emily Barclay and Rose Byrne, she's launched a shop and she keeps in touch with fans via her popular blog. How different things could have been. Her first ambition was to be a pilot, but now she satisfies her travel urges by sailing and getting close to the ocean.
