Villa Clarisse requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For stays from 1 May to 30, 1 to 30 September and 1 July to 31 August, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. For all stays, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
For stays from 1 January to 30 April and 1 October to 31 December, you can cancel for free up to 6pm, seven days before arrival. Cancellations made after 6pm, seven days before arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 1 May to 30 June and 1 to 30 September, cancellations made before 6pm, 21 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay. Cancellations made after 6pm, 21 days before arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 1 July to 31 August, cancellations made before 6pm, 31 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay. Cancellations made after 6pm, 31 days before arrival will be charged in full. At any time, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
