Deposit Policy

For stays between 15 December 2021 and 9 May 2022, 25 per cent of the total booking will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder is due 42 days before arrival. For stays between 10 May 2022 and 31 July 2022, 25 per cent of the total booking will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder is due 21 days before arrival. For stays between 1 August 2022 to 22 December 2022, 25 per cent of the total booking will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder is due 30 days before arrival. For stays between 23 December 2022 to 10 January 2023 100 per cent of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 11 January 2022 and 9 May20 22, cancellations made within 60 days before arrival will be charged in full. For stays between 10 May 2022 and 21 December 22, cancellations made within 30 days before arrival will be charged in full. And for those stays between 22 December 2022 to 10 January 2023, cancellations made within 120 days before arrival will be charged in full. All cancellations made within the penalty period will also be charged seaplane transfers.
