Deposit Policy

The Nautilus Maldives requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays from 11 to 31 January 2024, the remaining balance for Ocean House and Beach House is due 14 days before arrival. The remaining balance for Ocean Residence, Beach Residence, Two-Bedroom Beach Residence, Nautilus Retreat, and Nautilus Mansion stays is due 30 days before arrival. For stays from 1 February to 30 April 2024, the remaining balance for Ocean House and Beach House is due 21 days before arrival. The remaining balance for Ocean Residence, Beach Residence, Two-Bedroom Beach Residence, Nautilus Retreat, and Nautilus Mansion stays is due 30 days before arrival. For all stays between 1 May and 30 September 2024, the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival. For all stays between 1 October and 22 December 2024, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For all stays between 23 December 2024 and 10 January 2025, full non-refundable prepayment is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 11 to 31 January 2024, Ocean House and Beach House cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged in full. Cancellations for Ocean Residence, Beach Residence, Two-Bedroom Beach Residence, Nautilus Retreat, and Nautilus Mansion stays made less than 30 days before arrival will be charged in full. For stays from 1 February to 30 April 2024, Ocean House and Beach House cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will be charged in full. Cancellations for Ocean Residence, Beach Residence, Two-Bedroom Beach Residence, Nautilus Retreat, and Nautilus Mansion stays made less than 30 days before arrival will be charged in full. For all stays between 1 May and 30 September 2024, cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will be charged in full. For all stays between 1 October and 22 December 2024, cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will be charged in full. All stays between 23 December 2024 and 10 January 2025 are non-refundable.
