Deposit Policy

Sanará Tulum requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-in. All deposit and booking payments by credit card, debit card and PayPal will incur a processing fee of four per cent of the booking total (inclusive of taxes). To avoid credit card fees, deposits can be paid via bank transfer; contact the hotel for bank details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will be charged for one night of the booking. Cancellations made from 31 to 60 days before arrival date forfeit 50 per cent of the deposit, and cancellations made within 30 days of arrival forfeit the deposit. Where possible, the deposit will be converted to credit for a future stay within a year of the original arrival date (subject to availability, non-transferable and a 5% administration fee applies). Early departures and no-shows will not be refunded. Guests booking one night reservations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Jungle Pool Room

These Papaya Rooms, all 100m from the beach, were inspired by local Maya culture – each has a thatched palapa roof and interiors dreamed up with a traditional Mexican aesthetic in mind. Each has a net-draped king-size bed with bamboo cotton linens, ceiling fans and sliding doors opening on to a shared plunge pool. In the open-plan bathroom, separated from the bedroom by a half partition, you’ll find a rainfall shower. All rooms have air-conditioning, free bottled water, black-out curtains and Sanarà Spa bath products.
