Deposit Policy

El Encanto requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Full amount of total stay will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. Early departure & no shows will be charged full stay. For reservations for the Two Bedroom Terrace Suite, Wishing Well Suite, or Vista Suite, a 25% deposit will be taken upon confirmation, by the hotel. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after 8am PST, 72 hours prior to arrival, will result in full loss of deposit. Early departure & no shows will be charged full stay.
