Deposit Policy

El Encanto requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. Full amount of total stay will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. Early departure & no shows will be charged full stay. Stays from 27 - 29 May, 1 - 4 July, 2 - 4 September 2022, and 26 - 28 May, 30 June - 4 July and 1 - 3 September 2023 are subject to full prepayment at the time of booking, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the full stay amount.

Cancellation Policy

No deposit at time of booking but full stay will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 8am PST, 72 hours prior to arrival, will result in full loss of deposit. Early departure & no shows will be charged full stay. Stays from 27 - 29 May, 1 - 4 July, 2 - 4 September 2022, and 26 - 28 May, 30 June - 4 July and 1 - 3 September 2023 are subject to full prepayment at the time of booking and can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise, a full penalty will apply.
