A peach-coloured palace on Ibiza’s western edge, Villa Amira feels both Moroccan and modern. The dusty exterior is very Moorish, and inside North African flourishes abound: intricately carved woodwork, curvaceous hanging lamps, archways and ikat cushions are artfully positioned throughout the stylish six-bedroom interior. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and most have a terrace, but the communal outdoor space is perfect for fun-loving families to come together. The pool is part of the riad-worthy courtyard, the kitchen looks out to sea and there are lots of opportunities for alfresco meals during one of the island’s famous sunsets.
