Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is needed to confirm all bookings.
For stays during peak season (28 December to 5 January) full non-refundable payment is required 45 days before arrival.
For stays during high season (1 November to 27 December and 6 January to 31 March) full non-refundable payment is required 14 days before arrival.
For stays during low season (1 April to 31 October) full non-refundable payment is required seven days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
LOW SEASON (01st April – 31st Oct)
• Payment: Booking guaranteed by Valid Credit card , your credit card will be debited 7 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Condition: 100% of total accommodation will be charged if cancelled or modified less than 7 days prior check in date
HIGH SEASON (1st November – 27th December and 6th January – 31st March)
• Payment: Booking guaranteed by Valid Credit card , your credit card will be debited 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Condition: 100% of total accommodation will be charged if cancelled or modified less than 14 days prior check in date
PEAK SEASON (28th December – 05th January)
• Payment: Booking guaranteed by Valid Credit card , 100% of total accommodation prepayment is required 45 days prior to the check in date.
• Cancellation Condition: 100% of Total accommodation will be charged if cancelled or modified less than 45 days prior to check in date.
