Deposit Policy
Eagles Villas requires a deposit of 30% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
For best available rate and standard rate bookings a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. For stays on these rates between 1 April to 22 June 2023 and 4 September to 4 November 2023, the remaining balance is due seven days before arrival, and for stays on these rates between 23 June to 3 September 2023, the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival.
Stays on the non-refundable rate will be required to pay in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that cancellations made less than 22 days before arrival will incur a charge of 30 percent.
Please be aware that cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will incur a charge of 60 percent.
Please be aware that cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
