While other kids were out stealing hubcaps or honing their skills in pool halls, Will was eating in Michelin-starred restaurants with his journo mother. From the badlands of the Roux brothers' restaurants, he hatched a fiendish plan for a bar/restaurant empire and consultancy business (www.underdog-group.com). This dedication to endless eating and drinking impressed Mr & Mrs Smith enough to send him out to find the best hotel food available to man.
