Tan Su-Lyn is one of the most established food and travel writers in Asia, and has contributed to Travel + Leisure, The Wall Street Journal Asia, Four Seasons Magazine, Gastronomica, Harper’s Bazaar (Singapore and Malaysia) and Town and Country. She is also an accomplished book editor, and has worked with many of Asia’s top chefs on a series of high-end recipe books. She is the director of Ate Media. Tan Su-Lyn is currently completing her PHD in media studies (her doctoral thesis is on the rise of the celebrity chef).
