Layo Paskin
DJ turned restaurateur
Layo started out with a backpack, and still believes some places are best seen from a $10-a-night room but this doesn’t mean he is a stranger to luxury – he used to spend 100 days a year in top hotels around the world when he was on DJ duty as one half of Layo&Bushwacka! Layo was also behind legendary London club the End, and bar AKA, and after selling both and retiring from DJing, he moved into restaurants, opening the Palomar in 2014, the Barbary in 2016, Jacob the Angel in 2017 and Evelyn’s Table at the Blue Posts in 2018. He now travels for pleasure and research.
