John DeLucie has been a fixture of the New York culinary scene for over 20 years and his traditional Italian-American upbringing has served as the inspiration for his culinary aesthetic and most memorable menus. A native New Yorker, John attended the New School for Culinary Arts and trained in Italy and France before helming the kitchens of Oceana, Arizona 206, Nick & Toni’s and the Waverly Inn. Earning acclaim from critics and celebrity clientele alike, John has since become executive chef and proprietor of establishments Crown, The Lion and Bill’s Food & Drink. He is also culinary director of the newly re-opened King Cole Bar & Salon at the St. Regis hotel.
