Erin Hartigan
Travelling taster
After taking the same Hawaiian vacations every year of her childhood, Erin has become nearly nomadic to make up for lost time, hitting every continent except the big, cold one at the bottom (if Hawaii taught her to appreciate one thing, it was warmth). She’s made her bed in luxury Botswanan tents, under Nepalese canopies and just outside the gate to Machu Picchu. A native Californian, she has dined her way across Washington DC and New York for Tasting Table and CityEats, seeking out dishes that remind her of far-flung travels.
