Deposit Policy

For stays during low season (from 1 November to 22 December 2023, 6 January to 27 March 2024 and 2 April to 30 June 2024), full prepayment is required 15 days before arrival. For stays during high season (from 25 September to 31 October 2023, 28 March to 1 April 2024 and 1 July to 31 October 2024), full prepayment is required 45 days before arrival. For stays during festive season (23 December 2023 to 5 January 2024), a 30 per cent deposit is required to confirm your reservation; the remaining 70 per cent is required 60 days before arrival. The hotel uses payment links sent via email for reservation payments instead of credit card charges. This secure method offers greater convenience; you'll receive the payment link in your reservation email to complete the transaction easily.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during low season (from 1 November to 22 December 2023, 6 January to 27 March 2024 and 2 April to 30 June 2024), cancellations are free up to 15 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during high season (from 25 September to 31 October 2023, 28 March to 1 April 2024 and 1 July to 31 October 2024), cancellations are free up to 45 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during festive season (23 December 2023 to 5 January 2024), cancellations are free up to 90 days before arrival; those made between 89 and 60 days of arrival will be charged 30 per cent of the total stay; those made within 59 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all times, same-day cancellations, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.

With 42sq m of playspace, ‘tent’ isn’t quite the right word for these canvas palaces, built onto boulders for on-high aspects and designed to disappear into the background. Design recalls the explorers of yesteryear – the sort who’d lug the contents of their living room on their travels – with an assortment of elegant antiques, including a four-poster bed, bureau, writing desk and wingbacks, throughout the distinguished bedroom and living areas. There’s a furnished private deck with a telescope and an ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath tub and rainfall shower, twin sinks and dressing table. All tents have a Bluetooth-enabled sound-system, Nespresso machine, free daily restocked minibar, a kettle and selection of teas, free bottled water, air-conditioning and WiFi. An extra bed or cot can be added on request.

More luxury apartments than tents, these two 75sq m canvas-coated hideaways are built atop vast boulders to give them the best viewpoints from their private decks. These tents can sleep up to four adults and two children, but they’re better suited to paired-up friends. Decor is inspired by explorers from the Twenties, with grand antiques throughout: a four-poster in the master bedroom (a king-size that can be converted to twins in the second), writing desk, bureaus, comfy sofas and the two ensuite bathrooms each have a roll-top bath tub, rainfall shower, twin sinks and vanity. There’s a dedicated dressing room, too, and a telescope on the deck for wildlife and star spotting. All tents have a Bluetooth-enabled sound-system, Nespresso machine, free daily restocked minibar, a kettle and selection of teas, free bottled water, air-conditioning and WiFi. Up to two extra beds or cots can be added on request.
