For stays during low season (from 1 November to 22 December 2023 and 6 January to 27 March 2024), full prepayment is required 15 days before arrival. For stays during high season (from 25 September to 31 October 2023 and 28 March to 31 October 2024), full prepayment is required 45 days before arrival. For stays during festive season (23 December 2023 to 5 January 2024), a 30 per cent deposit is required to confirm your reservation; the remaining 70 per cent is due 60 days before arrival. The hotel uses payment links sent via email for reservation payments instead of credit card charges. This secure method offers greater convenience; you'll receive the payment link in your reservation email to complete the transaction easily.

For stays during festive season (23 December 2023 to 5 January 2024), cancellations are free up to 90 days before arrival; those made between 89 and 60 days of arrival will be charged 30 per cent of the total stay; those made within 59 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all times, same-day cancellations, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
