For stays during high season (28 March to 2 April 2024, 30 April to 1 May 2024, 1 June to 4 September 2024, 28 January to 8 February 2025, 17 April to 4 May 2025 and 1 June to 6 September 2025), full prepayment is required 30 days before arrival. For stays during peak season (23 December 2024 to 10 January 2025), full prepayment is required 60 days before arrival.
For stays during low and shoulder season (3 to 29 April 2024, 2 to 31 May 2024, 5 September to 22 December 2024, 11 to 27 January 2025, 9 February to 16 April 2025, 5 to 31 May 2025 and 7 September to 31 October 2025), cancellations are free up to 15 days before arrival; those made between 14 and five days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during high season (28 March to 2 April 2024, 30 April to 1 May 2024, 1 June to 4 September 2024, 28 January to 8 February 2025, 17 April to 4 May 2025 and 1 June to 6 September 2025), cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; those made between 29 and 16 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during peak season (23 December 2024 to 10 January 2025), cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival; those made between 59 and 31 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation; those made later will be charged in full. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
