Viceroy Riviera Maya requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.
In order to avoid the penalty charge of 50% of the full stay cancellations must be made a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival for reservations from December 19th - January 3rd; 14 days prior to arrival from January 4th â April 30th; and 7 days prior to arrival for reservations from From May 1st â Dec 18th. No-shows early departures and unused nights will be charged 100 per cent of the total stay.
