Deposit Policy

Tree House Retreats requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The remaining payment is due seven days before arrival. If card details are stored and payment has not been made by the deadline, Tree House Retreats will automatically deduct the balance from the card.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 15:00, more than 24 hours after booking will incur a charge of 50 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 8 weeks before arrival will incur a charge in full.
