Deposit Policy

Torfhús Retreat requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. The 25% deposit is non-refundable, as is the balance once taken 59 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that cancellations made later than 1 hour after booking will incur a charge of 25 percent. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 59 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
