For all stays between 1 May and 30 September 2024, the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival. For all stays between 1 October and 22 December 2024, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. For all stays between 23 December 2024 and 10 January 2025, full non-refundable prepayment is taken at the time of booking.

For all stays between 1 May and 30 September 2024, cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will be charged in full. All stays between 23 December 2024 and 10 January 2025 are non-refundable.
