Deposit Policy

A deposit will be taken to confirm your booking with Smith Global Ltd. Should you need to cancel your stay, as long as you do so before the hotel's cancellation policy comes into effect, this deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellation Policy

During low season, cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise guests will be charged in full for the stay, including tax and service charges. During high season (15 June–15 September and 20 December–10 January), cancellations must be made 45 days before arrival to avoid being charged in full, including tax and service charges.
