Deposit Policy
For semi-flexible rate bookings, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For bookings between 1 June and 30 September annually, you can cancel for free up to 15 days before your arrival date; after this, you’ll be charged for one night. At all other times, you can cancel for free as long as you give at least seven days’ notice; after this, you’ll be charged for one night. If you don’t show up (your booking will be cancelled if you don’t check in on the first night) or if you leave early, you’ll be charged the full cost of your original booking.
For semi-flexible rate bookings, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged for 50% of the total stay, and no-shows will be charged in full.
