Deposit Policy

The Lake House on Canandaigua requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.

Cancellation Policy

For stays from 1 July to 31 August, cancellations can be made for free up until seven days before arrival; those made later will be charged for two nights of the stay, plus tax. For stays from 1 May to 30 June and 1 September to 31 October, cancellations can be made for free up until five days before arrival; those made later will be charged for one night of the stay, plus tax. And for stays from 1 November to 30 April cancellations can be made for free up until 72 hours before arrival; those made later will be charged for one night of the stay, plus tax.
