The 38-41sq m Cottage Garden suites (Sorrel, Thyme and Sage) are located in the Herb Cottage, just 100 yards from the main house, each with soothing countryside views from a private garden or terrace. Individually designed, you'll find contemporary country elegance inside with a super king-size bed, a lounge with sofas, a credenza with a free minibar and a bathroom with a cast-iron bath tub, walk-in shower and underfloor heating. All have free WiFi, a flatscreen TV with Sky channels, tea and coffee, and Goodwash bath products. A cot (free) can be added subject to availability.

There are two Cottage Master suites, each full of classic countryside charm. Bramble is in the Poyer's Cottage but accessible from the main house and has a sun-drenched conservatory with views of the gardens, a super king-size bed (can be made into twins on request) and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, a monsoon shower and cosy underfloor heating. Lovage is in the Herb Cottage and has vaulted ceilings, a lounge with squishy sofas, a wood-burning stove for chilly nights and a super king-size four poster bed; the ensuite bathroom has a deep soaking bath tub, a monsoon shower and underfloor heating. In each suite, you'll also find free WiFi, a TV with Sky channels, a free minibar, tea and coffee, and Goodwash bath products. A cot can be added to these suites free of charge, subject to availability.

Named after two lovers who once lived at the Grove, the traditionally styled Daniel & Elizabeth suite (48sq m) is located in the original building and has vaulted ceilings, a four-poster bed, Georgian Fireplaces and fabulous views of the Preselis. There’s a separate lounge and a bathroom with a deep, double-ended, cast-iron bath tub and separate shower. This suite has a flatscreen TV with Sky channels, a free minibar in the credenza, free WiFi. This room can connect to the Deluxe Partridge Room to sleep a family. A cot (free) can be added to this room subject to availability. The second Master Suite, Henry (45sq m) has a four-poster bed and dual-aspect views over the hotel's flowering gardens. There's also a lounge, an arts and crafts ceramic fireplace and a bathroom with a double-ended tub and a monsoon shower.
