Deposit Policy
Soneva Kiri requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. During peak season (23 December 2023 to 7 January 2024), for stays in all villas, the remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival. During high (8 January to 6 May 2024, 30 September to 7 October 2024, and 21 October to 22 December 2024) and low season (7 May to 29 September 2024 and 8 to 20 October 2024), the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
During peak season (23 December 2023 to 7 January 2024), for stays in all villas, cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival will be charged the 25% deposit; those made later will be charged in full. During high (8 January to 6 May 2024, 30 September to 7 October 2024, and 21 October to 22 December 2024) and low season (7 May to 29 September 2024 and 8 to 20 October 2024), cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
