Deposit Policy

Soneva Kiri requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. During peak season (23 December 2024 to 7 January 2025), for stays in three bedroom villas or above, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days before arrival. During high (8 January to 6 May 2024, 30 September to 7 October 2024, and 21 October to 22 December 2024) and low season (7 May to 29 September 2024 and 8 to 20 October 2024), the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

During peak season (23 December 2023 to 7 January 2024), for stays in all villas, cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival will be charged the 25% deposit; those made later will be charged in full. During high (8 January to 6 May 2024, 30 September to 7 October 2024, and 21 October to 22 December 2024) and low season (7 May to 29 September 2024 and 8 to 20 October 2024), cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.

Soneva Kiri’s five Sunset Ocean View Pool Villa Suite sit cliffside amid the ancient Koh Kood rainforest. These villas offer plenty of room for two to relax (482 square metres inside), with a separate living room, dressing area, large private deck and a huge swimming pool (172 square metres) wrapped around the front of the villa. Over the pool, the ocean-facing master bedroom features a king-size bed. The bathroom has a large tub, indoor and outdoor showers, and double sinks.
