Deposit Policy

Soneva Jani requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. During peak season (21 December 2024 to 11 January 2025), for stays in one- and two-bedroom villas, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, and full prepayment is due 90 days before arrival. For stays in villas with more than three bedrooms, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and full prepayment is due 90 days before arrival. During premium high season (10 to 24 February 2024, 24 March to 10 April 2024, and 28 September to 5 October 2024), for all villas, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, and full prepayment is due 60 days before arrival. During high (14 January to 9 February 2024, 25 February to 23 March 2024, 11 April to 5 May 2024, and 6 October to 20 December 2024) and shoulder seasons (6 May to 27 September 2024), for all villas, full prepayment is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

During peak season (21 December 2024 to 11 January 2025), for stays in one- and two-bedroom villas, cancellations are free up to 90 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays in villas with more than three bedrooms, cancellations made before 90 days of arrival will be charged the 25% deposit; those made later will be charged in full. During premium high season (10 to 24 February 2024, 24 March to 10 April 2024, and 28 September to 5 October 2024), for all villas, cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. During high (14 January to 9 February 2024, 25 February to 23 March 2024, 11 April to 5 May 2024, and 6 October to 20 December 2024) and shoulder seasons (6 May to 27 September 2024), for all villas, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.

Set by the beachfront, this mod-rustic 1,956sq m hideaway has thatched roofs, elevated walkways and decks, a huge pool (plus a shallow area for kids) and its very own waterslide. The retreat, which can sleep up to six adults and two children, has day-beds, swing chairs, a sizeable alfresco dining area and a hammock to sway in. Plus, there’s a treehouse and a second dining table set on a viewing tower – the highest point in the island. The interiors are bright and beachy; each bedroom has a double bed with romantic netting, a seating area and large windows; and there are living and dining areas, a TV lounge, gym, sauna, kitchen (with a Smeg refrigerator, kettle and coffee-maker), library, and – most excitingly – a wine vault and chocolate room.
