Deposit Policy

Soneva Fushi requires a deposit of 25% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. During peak season (21 December 2024 to 11 January 2025), for stays in all villas, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and full prepayment is due 90 days before arrival. During premium high season (10 to 24 February 2024, 24 March to 10 April 2024, and 28 September to 5 October 2024), for all villas, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, and full prepayment is due 60 days before arrival. During high (14 January to 9 February 2024, 25 February to 23 March 2024, 11 April to 5 May 2024, and 6 October to 20 December 2024) and shoulder seasons (6 May to 27 September 2024), for all villas, full prepayment is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

During peak season (21 December 2024 to 11 January 2025), for stays in all villas, cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival will be charged the 25% deposit; those made later will be charged in full. During premium high season (10 to 24 February 2024, 24 March to 10 April 2024, and 19 October to 2 November 2024), for all villas, cancellations are free up to 60 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. During high (14 January to 9 February 2024, 25 February to 23 March 2024, 11 April to 5 May 2024, 1 to 18 October 2024, and 3 November to 20 December 2024) and shoulder seasons (6 May to 30 September 2024), for all villas, cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
