Deposit Policy

Six Senses Residences Courchevel requires a deposit of 10% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays from 22 December 2023 to 9 January 2024 and 10 to 29 February 2024, full non-refundable pre-payment is due 40 days before arrival. For stays from 10 to 21 December 2023, 10 January to 9 February 2024, 1 to 31 March 2024 and 1 to 16 April 2024, full non-refundable pre-payment is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during high season (19 to 29 February 2024), cancellations are free up to 40 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during low season (1 to 16 April 2024), cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during peak season (22 December 2023 to 9 January 2024 and 10 to 18 February 2024), cancellations are free up to 40 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during premium shoulder season (10 to 21 December 2023, 10 January to 9 February 2024 and 1 to 10 March 2024), cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during shoulder season (11 to 31 March 2024), cancellations are free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full.
