Six Senses Kaplankaya requires a deposit of a one-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays in low season (1 to 30 April 2024 and 1 to 31 October 2024), a deposit of one night’s stay is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due three days before arrival. For stays in shoulder season (1 May to 13 June 2024 and 15 to 30 September 2024), a deposit of one night’s stay is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due seven days before arrival. For stays in peak season (14 June to 14 September 2024), full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Please note that all charges will be made in the local currency.
For stays in low season (1 to 30 April 2024 and 1 to 31 October 2024), cancellations made four or more days before arrival are free of charge; those made within three days of arrival will be charged for one night’s stay. For stays in shoulder season (1 May to 13 June 2024 and 15 to 30 September 2024), cancellations made eight or more days before arrival are free of charge; those made within seven days of arrival will be charged for one night’s stay. For stays in peak season (14 June to 14 September 2024), cancellations made 15 or more days before arrival are free of charge; those made within 14 days of arrival will be charged in full.
