Cancellation Policy
For stays during low and shoulder season (7 to 30 November 2023, 1 to 15 December 2023, 9 to 31 January 2024, 1 to 8 February 2024, 1 to 30 June 2024, 1 July to 31 August 2024 and 1 to 30 September 2024), cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged one night’s stay. For stays during high season (1 to 6 November 2023, 9 February to 31 March 2024, 1 to 31 May 2024, 1 to 17 October 2024 and 16 to 23 December 2024), cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay amount. For stays during peak season (4 to 8 January 2024, 1 to 30 April 2024 and 18 to 31 October 2024), cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
