Deposit Policy
Secret Bay requires a deposit of a three-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
A three-night deposit is required to guarantee a reservation.
For bookings of 10 nights or more, a 50% deposit is required.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable for bookings on flash sales, seasonal promotions or discounted rates.
The remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to your arrival date, or 45 days prior to your arrival date if staying during the Festive Season (18 December 2025 to 8 January 2026).
Reservations made within 21 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. Reservations for stays during the Festive Season(18 December 2025 to 8 January 2026), that are made within 45 days of arrival, require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For stays during the Festive season (18 December 2025 to 8 January 2026), cancellations made more than 120 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 120 and 45 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the stay; those made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full.
At all other times, cancellations made more than 90 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 90 and 21 days before arrival will forfeit the 3 night deposit as penalty; those made within 21 days of arrival will be charged in full.
No-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
