For stays during low season (6 January to 30 June and 1 September to 20 December), cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival will be charged for one night; those made between 14 and seven days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the total stay, and those made later will be charged in full. For stays during high season (1 July to 31 August), cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be charged for one night; those made between 29 and 15 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the total stay, and those made later will be charged in full. For stays during peak season (21 December to 5 January), cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival will be charged for one night; those made between 44 and 30 days before arrival will be charged for 50% of the total stay, and those made later will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
