Deposit Policy

For stay dates 20 Dec 2023 to 3 Jan, 2024: 50% due at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due September 15, 2023. All festive bookings should be paid in full by September 15th, 2023. Cancellations before September 15th, 2023, will attract a 50% penalty. Cancellations after September 15th, 2023, will attract a 100% penalty. For stays dates 4 Jan - 30 Apr, 2024 % 1 Nov - 19 Dec, 2024: Full payment due 35 days prior to arrival.Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will attract no penalty. Cancellations within 30 days or less prior to arrival with attract 100% penalty For stays 01 May - 31 Oct, 2024: Full payment due 35 days prior to arrival. Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival will attract no penalty. Cancellations within 14 days or less prior to arrival with attract 100% penalty
