Round Hill Hotel & Villas requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival. For stays between January 4- April 30 & November 1 - December 16, 50% deposit due at booking confirmation; balance due 31 days prior to arrival. If booking within 31 days of arrival, 100% of the full stay will be due at booking confirmation. For stays between May 1- October 31, 50% deposit due at booking confirmation; balance due 15 days prior to arrival. If booking within 15 days of arrival, 100% of the full stay will be due at booking confirmation. For stays between December 19- January 3, 50% deposit due at booking confirmation; remaining balance is due September 15. All festive bookings should be paid in full by September 15th.
Please be aware that cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will incur a charge in full.
