Deposit Policy

Rosewood São Paulo requires a deposit of 100% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The deposit is only taken for stays over 10 to 12 June, 2 to 3 September, 7 to 10 September or 1 to 12 November 2023. For stays at all other times, no deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free up to 3pm São Paulo time 48 hours before your arrival date; after this, you’ll be charged the cost of a one-night stay plus tax. If staying 2 to 3 September, 7 to 10 September or 1 to 12 November 2023, cancellations less than 90 days before 3pm on the day of arrival will be charged in full plus tax. If staying 10 to 12 June 2023, cancellations less than 60 days before 3pm on the day of arrival will be charged in full plus tax.
