Deposit Policy

Rosewood Mayakoba requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For stays in Presidential Suites and Villas, a deposit of 50% is taken at the time of booking; the remaining balance is paid on check-out. For stays between 18 December and 2 January, the remaining balance for all rooms is due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For all bookings in 2022 and 2023: between 3 January and 12 April, you can cancel for free up until 21 days before arrival, after which you’ll be charged for two nights, taxes, and service charge. Between 13 April and 31 May, and 1 November to 17 December, you can cancel for free up until 14 days before arrival, after which you’ll be charged for two nights, taxes, and service charge. Between 1 June and 31 October, you can cancel for free up until seven days before arrival, after which you’ll be charged for two nights, taxes, and service charge. Between 18 and 2 January, you can cancel for free 90 days before arrival, after which you’ll be charged for the entire stay, taxes, and service charge.
