Deposit Policy

For stays in spring, summer and fall (from 1 April to 16 December), a two-night deposit will be taken when booking. For stays over the festive season (17 December to 3 January), a deposit of 50 per cent of the stay will be charged when booking and the full amount must be paid by 31 July. For stays in the winter season (4 January to 31 March), a three-night deposit will be taken when booking. All deposits will be subject to tax.

Cancellation Policy

For stays in spring, summer and fall (from 1 April to 16 December), cancellations are free up until 6pm (local time) 21 days before arrival; later cancellations will be charged for two nights. For stays over the festive season (17 December to 3 January), cancellations are free up until 1 August; after this time the full amount will be charged. For stays in the winter season (4 January to 31 March), cancellations are free up until 6pm, 30 days before arrival; later cancellations will be charged for three nights.
