Deposit Policy
Rosewood Kona Village requires a deposit of a two-night stay, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out.
If you’ve booked a one-night stay, the deposit will be equal to one night. For stays from 19 December to 6 January, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For stays from 7 January to 18 December, you can cancel for free up until 21 days before arrival; those made later will be charged for two nights, plus taxes (or one night if you’re only staying for one night). If you’re staying in the Ocean Front Accessible Two-Bedroom Kumukea Kauhale, Ohana Pool Accessible Four-Bedroom Kauhale and Ohana Pool Four-Bedroom Kauhale from 7 January to 18 December, you can cancel for free up until 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged for two nights, plus taxes (or one night if you’re only staying for one night). For stays from 19 December to 6 January, you can cancel for free up until 1 October; those made later will be charged in full.
